We had our first house party of the year on the first day of 2012.
We actually wanted to host on NYE, but the pits were already booked. No matter, as we could then celebrate Mr Chew's birthday on the actual date.
Besides his birthday celebration, this was more of a house warming for the friends, as they had not seen our new place ever since we moved in July 2011.
It was a great time feasting on meat and drinking wine/beer. And the kids had fun playing with bubbles (for the girls) and watching videos on iPad (for the boys). More sessions to come hopefully.
