Champagne Brunch at Brasseries Les Saveurs

We went for the champagne brunch at Brasserie Les Saveurs, St Regis, to celebrate our 6th wedding anniversary.

The both of us are not big eaters. Hence, we seldom go for buffet meals. But since it's a once in a year thingy, we've decided to take the plunge and see how much we can stomach.

The spread at BLS is not fantastic, as in, it's not like the huge variety Mezza9 has for their champagne brunch. But the quality of the food served is excellent.

Especially the fresh oysters, they are the sweetest I've ever tasted. Erm , there are 3 different types by the way. Each taste different in the levels of sweetness and saltiness.

They have a lobster and foie gras station, whereby they whipped up fresh dishes as and when you want them to.

Besides the main buffet feast, they serve small bites of dishes every now and then, delighting my taste buds, of which, my favorite is the Foie Gras Creme Brulee.

Their tuna tartare is quite yummy.

Their lobster bisque is simply rich in taste.

The brunch comes with a main, which you can decide to have at any point of your brunch. We chose the lamb rack and the angus beef, and both taste so soft and juicy.

As we've mentioned to the staff when we made reservations that it was our wedding anniversary, they were kind enough to give us a private dining area, away from the rest of the crowd.

And also a chocolate moose cake on the house.

Argh, and I forgot to take a photo of the yummy looking desserts! And I couldn't take photos of all the food as well, I was too busy eating. Heh.

We ended the brunch with coffee of course.

And we were so freaking full after the meal, we didn't even have dinner after! Which is why we can only go for buffets once in a blue moon.
