Queensland Trip Day 6 Part 2 - Sunshine Coast

After we checked in, we decided to roam the place a bit. It was after all a bright sunny day!

We started at Bulcock Beach and walked all the way to King's Beach via the Des Dywer walking track, which starts at Bulcock Beach and extends all the way to Moffat Beach. But we didn't walk that far of course. Walking along with 2 young children in the scorching hot sun was not an easy task, but the great weather more than made up for that. Plus the view was magnificent!

Kings Beach is the main beach of Caloundra. It was definitely more crowded at Kings Beach compared to at Bulcock Beach. It has a picnic and children's play area, and a swimming pool which whilst built to be separate from the ocean, is fed directly from seawater.

We decided Kings Beach was too crowded and I actually preferred Bulcock Beach, so we headed back. Kerri fell asleep on the way back and Kae had fun with daddy at the beach all by herself!

After an hour of play at the beach, we headed back to the resort and to the pool. The jacuzzi pool was the only pool that was heated. So we stayed there!

We didn't have much planned for dinner, so we made a last minute decision to head to Kawana Shoppingworld for dinner and shopping. Coincidentally, it was a Thursday and we could be there till it closed at 9pm, usually they close at 4-5pm. I didn't take much pictures while we were there. We had a simple dinner at McDonald's and shopped for the kids. The clothes at Pumpkin Patch were much nicer than those in the branches in Singapore! And we bought a dress for each of the girls for CNY!
