Restaurant Week Lunch at The Boathouse

For my 2nd meal during restaurant week, I returned to the place where I held my ROM ceremony, the Waterboat House. It was occupied by Bacchus Boathouse previously, but now standing in its place is the Boathouse Restaurant


I was pleasantly surprised by their salmon tart. A sweet and salty savory dish. 


Their duck leg confit was roasted till perfection, crispy skin on the outside and soft tender meat on the inside.


Their rainbow cake was just average, Well, it looked too pretty to resist ordering!
