Coffee Club at Siglap

When we were living at Pasir Ris, we would head to The Coffee Club at Siglap for dinner maybe once or twice a month. The manager of that outlet is very friendly and while we were fretting over what food to order for the girls, she volunteered information that the chefs could whip up a simple dish of tomato based pasta for the kids. Service from the staff had been impeccable. Plus the fact that the manager can always remember us, even when we head there once in a while after we moved to Shelford Road. I always tell dar that it's him, because people tend to remember his face.

After a rebranding to O'Coffee Club, we have not been to their branches as often. Plus the fact that one for their more popular branch at Takashimaya had been closed for a few years now. This is because a majority of their branches do not come with the full kitchen, so we will not be able to order certain dishes like their slipper lobster linguine.

Heading back to O'Coffee Club at Siglap is always nice, like returning to familiar territory. That is why we still head there once in a while, even though it is so far to where we live now.
