Runs in week 9

1st jog in week 9: 9.47km in 60 minutes, and finishing 9.94km in 65 minutes cooling down.



2nd jog in week 9: 9.51km in 60 minutes, and finishing 9.98km in 65 minutes cooling down.

    hi, have been reading your blog for quite some time and am v inspired by your running/jogging regime!

    Did you lose alot of weight from running 10km per hour thrice a week? i can barely hit 5km.
