And we woke up early to head to Adventure Cove Waterpark. The plan was to reach at 10am when they opened. In the end, we managed 1030am. Not bad though.

As usual, Kae hung around at Bluwater Bay to enjoy her favorite waves.

Kerri on the other hand, refused to step into the water. Poor me had to stay with her the entire time. In the end, I brought her to the cafe and we sat there to wait for ake to be done with her water play.

Adventure Cove Water Park

We brought the girls to Adventure Cove Water Park today. We thought it would be best to head there on a weekday as it should not be too crowded. We were wrong.

Even without the weekend crowd, the place was packed with tourists. Faint. I cannot imagine how the place is like on a weekend.

The phone was not with us on the entire trip as we had to juggle 2 girls amongst the 2 of us. So no photos were taken and memories captured. But the girls had fun, as they do at all water play places. It's like being at Seaworld in Gold Coast. Less rides of course. And on a smaller scale.

Kerri's 3rd Birthday Party

And the big day finally arrived.

I was cracking my brains out on what entertainment I should prepare for the kids, instead of the usual balloon sculpting or face painting activities. In the end, I decided on a DIY visor making craft activity. The supplies (mainly the foam visors and peel off foam stickers) were purchased from Art Friend located at Takashimaya shopping centre. And with the Farm Animals theme in mind, we prepared the balloons, table cloth, birthday banner and the foam stickers close to the theme.

Before the party started, we asked Kae's friends to come earlier to have some water play. Be prepared for a heavy load of photos!

Singing of the birthday song and trying to take a decent picture was almost impossible to do. We didn't manage a family shot at all. Hah!
