It's been a long week

Kerri has been sick, which translates to: she has been home the past week. Yes, since Monday. I am so glad it's Friday today.

Get well soon baby!

Which colour are you?

It's easier to choose what colour I want when I go for my gelish manicure. And this is only because there is a very limited range of colours for gelish polish, compared to the normal nail polish.

Usually I choose light colours for my fingernails. What about you?

Baby J's full month

We headed to Baby Justin's full month party at The Seaview.

The girls are decked in the newly bought DvF Gap clothes. Yup! We bought them at a discount of 50%+20+ off! That's a savings of 60% off the retail price! Luckily I didn't buy them when they were just launched in Singapore. Sometimes it pays to wait.

Once her mummy's cousins' kids left, Kae was bored and kept urging us to bring her to the playground. And so we did. This playground is meant more for the older kids, but the girls sure had fun nevertheless.

"

It's really the year for dragon boys. Justin's aunt is also expecting a boy! Another one for Kerri to bully! Haha!

On a separate note, I have a famous cousin! Haha! She is one of the 9 members from Sixx. Do show them your support yah?

Plain Vanilla

I don't always have a sweet tooth. But ever since Kae came along, she has been bossing us to buy her sweets, chocolates, and more recently, cupcakes.

And since I was around the area, I bought my very first box of Plain Vanilla cupcakes.

It is housed at a very tiny shopfront, more likely because they share the same unit with a hair salon. It's on the second floor opposite Harry's Bar and just above El Patio Mexican Restaurant & Wine Bar.

I bought 6 different flavors to try. From first row left to right: apple caramel, chai tea, strawberry white chocolate, dark chocolate, red velvet and cinnamon brown sugar.

What I like about PV cupcakes is that they use a different cake recipe for each flavor. Meaning each sponge tastes different, unlike majority of the cupcake shops in Singapore, who generally uses the same flavor for the sponge. Each sponge is then flavored further with a delicious frosting, enhancing the taste.

My favorite would have to be red velvet. I am having a thing for red velvet nowadays. Hmmm.
