2008 Formula One Singapore Grand Prix

The 2008 Formula One, Singapore Grand Prix is finally over. I didn't go, as dar only has 1 ticket given to him by some foreign bank. Usually a pair is given for all events like these, just that this ticket is rather ex, and times are bad, all companies need to cut cost, so...

Anyway, he went on friday and sunday; yes saturday is spent with me and Kae thank you :P

Here's a video from where he was, at the Stamford Sky/Club Suites, all the cars at the beginning of the race, when Massa was the leader of the pack.



The next video was taken during the final (few) rounds, when Alonso raced to the finish line to become the champion of the 1st ever night race in the history of Formula One.

Boy, I should have bought tickets to go watch.

All grown up!

Somehow I think Kae looks damn grown up in this pic :) I can't wait for her to walk! She can stand without support for a few seconds now. Heh.

Trapped!

We had a mini adventure yesterday.

We were happily shopping at Great World City, having coffee at Coffee Beans, free ice-cream at Ben & Jerry's (UOB card promotion). Then we decided to check out if Kaelyn had poo pooed in the Baby Room, located at Basement 1. When we were about to leave, uh oh! We can't! There was something wrong with the door latch or something, and we can't open the door!

After banging on the door for like a minute, we finally caught the attention of a cleaner. The relevant staff then came and tried to help us open the door, but to no avail. Then they had to call the security management and maintainence staff blah blah blah.

After 40 minutes, we finally got the door to open, by who else but my dar dar! Haha. He managed to "open" the door by using the tools that were passed to him through the door sieve to "unscrew" the door knob and what naught. Cowz.

Now we are still waiting for the manager to call us so that we can "complain". Hmm, maybe should ask for some vouchers or something.

Happy 8th month day Kaelyn!

I am 75 minutes late again.

Oh well, Kaelyn just turned 8th month old! Heehee. *muacks* to my Kae! OMG, she is going to turn 1 year old in 4 months' time. Hmmm. Need to figure out what and how we are going to throw her 1st year birthday party. Headache!
