Mini Birthday Celebration

I am turning 33 tomorrow. Yacks.

As always, we decided to have cake cutting with the girls, and go for a good meal just the 2 of us. This time round, we decided to have lunch at the newly opened Alkaff Mansion Ristorante.

I love the settings at this place. Very european chic. I am a sucker for modern european decor.

As always, we topped up some cash to have a foie gras appetizer.

We both chose the lamb as our main course. I am starting to love lamb more and more.

As for our desserts, I opted for the fruits salad, while dar had the 70% chocolate soup.

I think this is a nice place for those small intimate weddings. So very romantic!

After dar went back to work after lunch, I headed to Kki and treat myself to some treats. It's been a while since I last came to Kki. Alas, they didn't have my Mont Blanc when I reached. So I chose to have their Antoinette and Tiramisu. Yes, 1 slice for 1 hour, I stayed there for 2 hours while reading my Jodi Picoult novel.

Dinner was just a simple affair with my favorite sashimi at my favorite sashimi place, Fishmart Sakuraya at Parkway Parade. What a delicious plate of Sayori, Ohtoro, Salmon, Mekajiki sashimi.

Last but not least, we ended my mini birthday celebration with cake cutting with the girls!

Last day at JG

Today we attended Kerri's last lesson at JG. Last lesson of the term. Yup, since she is going to start school in April, we had to stop her Playclub lessons.

I am looking forward to April!

We plan to put Kerri in childcare in April, so being the kiasu mummy that I am, I ordered her name labels from Bright Star Kids one month in advance. More because they were having a 20% discount storewide. Heehee.

a Rare day off

It's not everyday I could spend time away from home till night without the hubs and the girls. But today I did. Just because it's my birthday dinner with the girls.

I spent the whole afternoon doing my nails, going for my IPL treatments, shopping at the Taka Baby fair, and just walking around before meeting the girls for dinner.

Of course I had to rush to reach home before 10pm, as my parents had to go back home after tending to the girls for a whole day.

Can I have more day/night offs please?

1st kid's party from St James

And so, the party season has began! At least for Kae's friends at St James.

She attended the party of Shye-Ann, her classmate from St James.

Yup, the 1st party from her friends in her new school. She was super excited about going to another party. The last was Kayenne's in February. This time, the party was held at JWT Gym at UE Square.

And Kerri had to join in the fun too! Though she was playing with the slide most of the time.
