Kae's classmate from her nursery class last year kindly invited us to her 5th birthday party held at POLW. And Kae was so happy to be reunited with some of her classmates from her nursery class!
And the pretty girl in yellow is Shye-Ann, the birthday girl! They used to be in the same group in their nursery class.
Kerri of course was too timid initially. And all she did was to play with the water spray.
It took a while for Kerri to warm up and agree to try out the slides. Kae was already running all over the water area with her friends.
After an hour of water play, it was time to head back to the party area. The party area was huge; it is just an open area under the canopy tent.
After a quick bite, it was time to cut the birthday cake. Isn't the cake just adorable?
Looks like daddy also enjoyed himself with all the water play!
After the food and cake cutting, the kids were allowed to stay on as long as they want within the compound. Which worked well for Kae.
The last event of the day for the girls before we left was the bubble party. A whole pool of bubbles for the kids to go crazy about!
Kae didn't want to join the the bubble party until all her friends did. And she had so much fun in the end!
And so it was time to go. Kerri was so hungry she had her coco crunch while waiting for Kae to change.
Overall, it was a fun experience with the girls. Quite a fun place to have a party there, other than the usual playground parties. You can check out their party packages here.
