Easter play date

The girls had a Easter play date today and they both enjoyed themselves tremendously!

All the kids did 2 art crafts, 1 bunny and 1 easter egg basket. Look at how proud Kerri was! And of course, I asked her to do her usual funny face pose.

While the kids were busy doing their craft, the daddies were given the task to hide all the eggs for the easter egg hunt coming up after. Look at all our little bunnies all excited to find their eggs!

And Kerri looked so forlorn here because she couldn't find her last egg. But we did in the end. Kae of course was super happy with her eggs. Well, she knew there were treats in them!

It is not often one can make and stay friends with the parents of your children's friends, especially if all the children are in different schools. Our children all started in the same school together, but over the past few years, even as they move to different schools, we still keep in touch with one another and have been hanging out since. More play dates to come!
