And so I completed my 2 jogs in week 1. Like I mentioned before, this is simply for me to keep on record my progress of jogging, and by no means do these entries serve to boast about my jogging time. Nothing to boast about haha!
1st jog in week 1: It took me 40 and 1/2 minutes to complete 5km. And I finished up with 5.5km including cooling down on the treadmill.
2nd jog in week 1: No improvement. I took slightly longer to complete 5km.
