Runs in week 2

For my 2nd week, I decided to increase the distance to 6km. When I run, I need to have a target in place. It makes running easier for me knowing that there is an end point in sight.

1st jog in week 2: 6km in 49 minutes and 23 seconds, and finishing 6.5km in 54 minutes and 28 seconds cooling down.



2nd jog in week 2: Timing was slightly better.


And I decided to run for 50 minutes this time, so I continued.



3rd jog in week 2: While the timing for 6km went down slightly, I persevered and finished 6.5km in 52 minutes and 15 seconds. Cooling down to 7km in 57 minutes and 26 seconds.

My motivation for running this week? Macaroons from Canele! Haha!
