Runs in week 5

1st jog in week 5: 8km in 58 minutes and 18 seconds, and finishing 8.71km in 65 minutes cooling down.



2nd jog in week 5: 8km in 59 minutes and 22 seconds, and finishing 8.55km in 65 minutes cooling down.


Finally improvement! 3rd jog in week 5: 8km in 56 minutes and 41 seconds, a total of 8.49km in 60 minutes, and finishing 8.95km in 65 minutes cooling down.
