And the school holidays are coming to an end. On our agenda today was to head to The Arts House for a viewing of one of the films from the Singapore International Children's Film Festival by Big Eyes Big Minds. "Curious Critters" is a showcase of 5 films, of one of which is the famed Gruffalo's Child, which happened to be my favorite out of the 5 films we watched.
After the show, we met dar for lunch and we decided on Da Paolo Gastronomia, located at 6 Battery Road. I love the whole deco and ambience of the cafe, with lush greenery right in front of our faces even though it's within a building.

Coffee was at Dimbulah Coffee located at Chevron House (Change Alley). The cafe was really crowded and we were lucky to get a table. Their cake and coffee we had was quite good.

Before heading off, Kae had herself a swinging good time at one of the nostalgic playsets at the Raffles Place Park just outside of Raffles Place MRT station, which is an event initiated by National Parks to commemorate 50 years of Greening Singapore. Playsets of Yesteryears are displayed at the different parks at different times of this year. Please click here for more information.
